Ingredients
- 1/4 Cucumber, matchstick sliced
- 1/2 cup Salmon or crab meat
- 1 Package Blue Dragon Sushi Nori
Instructions
- Place a sheet of shiny face down on a bamboo mat. Spread a centimeter thick layer of the cooked, cooled rice on three quarters of the sheet.
- Apply a strip of filling, such as salmon and cucumber. Spread a very thin strip of wasabi paste on the fish.
- Moisten the free edge of the sheet with some water. Roll hard but gently fold the entire roll using the bamboo mat.
- Cut with sharp and moist knife into center-wide pieces. Dip the sushi pieces in soy flavored with wasabi paste.
