Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons ( ¼ cup) Chia Seeds
- ¾ cup Blue Dragon Coconut Milk + 3-4 tablespoons of any milk ( such as almond milk or regular milk ) to thin out the coconut milk a bit
- A bit of maple syrup, honey or agave syrup to taste
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Combine Blue Dragon Coconut Milk, sweetener of choice, cinnamon and vanilla then add Chia Seeds.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- Top off with your favorite toppings such as shredded coconut, fresh fruit, nuts or even granola.
